grats on v3! Has any stuff been written on testing? Would love to dig into testing Choo views, etc.
umm, not yet - we want to do a section in the handbook; but reducers are just plain functions so should be easy to test

and from there effects might be a good second option; stub the send() call and encapsulate whatever IO it should perform
