I'm thinking about ideas for how to recognize excellence in the Node.js community -- what do folks think of community awards?

I mean: stages of mad growth and fame do fuck with your head; can imagine people getting overwhelmed - node f helping out might be
"hey we noticed your project took off big time, thanks for that; just checking you're doing alright, you seem to work a lot" or smth

having healthy maintainers is good for the ecosystem which in turn is good for Node's growth - foundation assisting might not be mad
