I'm thinking about ideas for how to recognize excellence in the Node.js community -- what do folks think of community awards?

Do you have other ideas? I really want to do something -- even if small -- to help maintainers suffering from burnout
that's def a nice thought - curious to what is causing these burnouts - will money and recognition help?
