I haven't looked at that. Honestly, I don't see the observer pattern in there. Can you share?
I considered pull-stream to be a non-multiplexed observable, just like https://github.com/Raynos/observ - or is that silly?

it emits 3 states: data, error, end - listeners react to these events; though back pressure makes it safe too
