API tokens are bullshit and don't let anybody tell you otherwise.

@yoshuawuyts over a distributed backend (ipfs, dat, ssb, which ever) so that twitter doesn't need to be on the line for serving all data
@noffle I think that's fair enough. If talking to a centralized service I think changing rate limits for API tokens might be reasonable
