I often feel that the people that propose omitting files (documentation, etc) from bundles have the privilege of consistent internet access

For us who do not have reliable internet access, not being able to view docs and tests (as a fallback) is a severe hindrance

@yoshuawuyts I agree readmes should be published, but I've hardly ever used tests as a reference. They are often pretty obscure/messy -
@mattdesl I hear you - but the thing here is not so much if you use them personally, but what it costs you to leave them be for those who do
