Shit, looks like the only way to reliably ssh into servers from Vietnam wifi is to move SSH off port 22; guess it's good for security anyway

Sigh - looks like all outgoing traffic except port 80 and port 443 is blocked. How do I cope with this? Custom SSH jump box perhaps? :/
