If I’m ever fortunate enough to help found a company I’d push for zero slack/email communication internally for as long as possible.

@yoshuawuyts pulling up a chair and talking it out. Of course this can’t be possible at a large scale. I’m talking more about small teams.
@jonathontoon oh, I was thinking of doing this in the context of distributed teams - somehow fully forgot most people share the same space
