well defined functions, comments above each section, consistent spacing, static typing, default values, small file size - feels good hey

I often try and do "quick-and-dirty" implementations for production code, but it usually turns out taking longer - much prefer clean stuff

@yoshuawuyts Always. Quick-and-dirty just leads to the accumulation of technical debt, which, being debt, carries interest.
