Crap. I think I'm not going to use webcomponents at all; they cannot be rendered on the server -> they don't solve today's problems

@yoshuawuyts Ideally we'd use DOM on the server to translate data structure and dump it into html representation.
@alexindigo yeah, that'd be ideal; in reality the DOM is horrible to work with and other abstractions work better (e.g. virtual-dom, react)
