shocker does have too many commands as it stands; after we get some of this into production we'll be trimming down the surface area
shocker is shaping up nicely; soon we'll be removing the dependency on cgroup-tools, making btrfs the only dep - https://github.com/stamf/shocker

right now it already does stuff other implementations struggle with: resource throttling, port forwarding, copy-on-write snapshots
