@yoshuawuyts I'd say one more, waterfall, which can be implemented with sequence, but not as cleanly.
In async there are 3 cases: one-off, parallel, sequence. https://github.com/hughsk/map-limit … covers them all.

@KoryNunn Yeah that's fair; in a way parallel and sequence are also supersets of one-off, so perhaps it should be included.
