So if a scheduler is in charge of provisioning systems, who creates the scheduler? Don't want to do it manually / outside a container.

@yoshuawuyts you ave to either start a local scheduler in your dev env pointing a production accounts or deploy the first scheduler manually
@maciejmalecki seems like rebuilding a full cluster might be painful. Though I guess this could be scripted. Hmmmm, theoretical for me atm.
