@yoshuawuyts energy conservation is probably not a big priority while features are.
For some reason almost all electron apps seems to take heaps of memory / CPU though it's not inherent to the platform. I wonder why that is.

@TatumCreative I guess perf often ranks at the bottom of the checklist, which is a shame. Can imagine RAF stuff like in React is bad.
