      there are a million different HTTP clients on npm. all of them are HUGE when browserifying :( e.g. request is 742kb after uglifyjs

      @sindresorhus heh. i'm now conflicted since there are so many (good) alternatives :) whatwg-fetch, superagent, node-fetch, etc.

      @mattdesl assertion libraries *might* still have a leg up. Fwiw I prefer nets for libs, whatwg-fetch for apps @zeke @sindresorhus @maxogden
