I never agreed to do business with them, they just popped up without warning ordering me to pay them money b/c they have my stuff.
So the luggage I paid €480,- to get flown over from AMS -> SYD is being held hostage by a company in SYD ordering me to pay ~ $200 - $300.

It's not that I can't afford it, it's that people are forcibly taking money from me without a warning. At least taxes have a heads up.
