My dislike for d3.js probably has to do with the broadness of its API scope. Wish I could write something better, but I lack SVG knowledge.

@yoshuawuyts I'm not a big fan of the selections. He is working on breaking d3 into separate modules now.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

@TatumCreative Ooh, that's great news! How would you model an SVG api? All I've seen is d3 / https://github.com/substack/virtual-hyperscript-svg …1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

@TatumCreative `virtual-hyperscript-svg` is probably more low level than d3 though; no idea what a good interface for higher level stuff is.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

@TatumCreative ... or what higher level stuff is needed at all / already exists. Can imagine stack.gl / scijs algos could be reused.4 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

@yoshuawuyts I've just been using jQuery.attr and http://jQuery.style :D plus some@MikolaLysenko modules.1 reply 0 retweets 1 like
@TatumCreative @MikolaLysenko Oh, that's actually a great suggestion! I haven't tapped into @MikolaLysenko's pkg-well yet; probably should.
