Would be cool is man could be extended with GitHub / npm README's in the 9 namespace. e.g. `man 9 browserify`, `man 9 wayfarer`.

@yoshuawuyts The point of man pages were that they were easily readable. Got a problem? Just read the docs. It isn't that way nowadays.
.@yoshuawuyts Expecting each module to manually register itself into the man page scope wouldn't work. We need tools to wrap them instead.
