@peterpeerdeman The main issue with promises is, I believe, that errors are swallowed silently if no `rejected` clause is appended.

@peterpeerdeman the less nesting you have, the better imo. Function hoisting solves a lot of readability issues you'd otherwise have with cb

@yoshuawuyts same goes for callbacks when you don't call the callback with err right? I guess I like the verbosity of promises. -
@peterpeerdeman that's true, but with a cb it is handled immediately rather than at the end of the cb stack. generators > cbs anyway though - 1 more reply
