Poll: what’s the oldest version of Node you’re running cucumber on?

@cucumber_js I'd suggest dropping support for <0.10; if they need to use cucumber they can just revert to older versions.
@cucumber_js Just follow along with the @npmjs release cycle. Afaik they're not supporting v0.8 either.
