What's up with all these icon fonts, what if I just want to use SVGs? Where do I get 'm from?

@yoshuawuyts I suggest to export your SVG icons straight from Illustrator, and clean the code a little bit.
@BaptisteBriel Thanks, that seems like the cleanest solution so far. Wish there'd be a service offering SVGs, ready to use.
