Are there any systems you think do logging particularly well?

zap has some good ideas https://github.com/uber-go/zap The concept of structured logging vs printf logging is interesting. Structured logging makes bulk analysis a lot easier

Do you know of any applications using Zap? Would love to see what kind of things people think are important, and how they assign levels to them.

I authored `hyperbahn` & `tchannel-node` ( https://github.com/uber-archive/hyperbahn/search?q=logger&unscoped_q=logger … https://github.com/uber/tchannel-node/search?q=logger&unscoped_q=logger … ). Theses are nodejs but a git grep for `logger` gives many many log call sites. Just like zap its all `http://logger.info (msg, obj)`
