If you're spending a lot of time at home now (like I do anyway) I highly advice to switch out of pyjamas and into "normal" clothes sometime in the morning. Switch back to comfy clothes in the evening. It's easy for every day to become just an odd stretch of time. Rhythm matters.

Indeed. I think you just need some trigger. I don’t need to do it now but in the beginning it helped a lot.
