If you're spending a lot of time at home now (like I do anyway) I highly advice to switch out of pyjamas and into "normal" clothes sometime in the morning. Switch back to comfy clothes in the evening. It's easy for every day to become just an odd stretch of time. Rhythm matters.

If sleep starts to suffer you'll probably feel more stressed/anxious as well. All of which impact general health, which is not smth you want to be chipping away at now. It can be tricky to maintain rhythm when it's no longer subject to external factors. Worth doing tho.
