If sleep starts to suffer you'll probably feel more stressed/anxious as well. All of which impact general health, which is not smth you want to be chipping away at now. It can be tricky to maintain rhythm when it's no longer subject to external factors. Worth doing tho.

When I started working from home many years ago I would walk over to the petrol station every morning to get a coffee. Getting out of the house for a few minutes was my signal to myself that my work day had begun. Find your own way to do this. It really helps!

Heh, yeah same -- love stretching legs to go to the local coffee shop at the start of the day. But that can be a tricky one right now though.

This is important. Having an hour or two for yourself and getting “ready” before starting “work” is a good way to maintain balance. Even if your place is small, having a small corner as designated “office” helps too. Separation of concerns yall!
