click on the gear icon on the bottom left -> Keyboard Shortcuts -> "Ctrl + W" and it'll show you what's overriding it, and you can change it right there. Here's mine:pic.twitter.com/t9XQcZd3Ze

Ohh, thanks heaps for that! -- turns out *nothing* is overriding it, but somehow it's not working. Maybe I just need to reboot, haha. Also didn't know that window existed; that's incredibly helpful!
