Oh, so Chia pudding is just coconut milk + Chia seeds, left overnight in the fridge. With optionally some vanilla extract and/or maple syrup for flavor. Heh, that's nice.

I just made some last night for breakfast this morning and it was really yummmy. I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk + agave for sweetener and this time I tried a little chai latte mix for flavor and it was super good
