It took almost 9 months, but my knee no longer hurts. Not even on occasion. Might follow a "couch to 5k" plan to get back into running. I really miss it.
off/on for a few years; but did a bad move at the gym last April (jumping rope) and was out for the next several months. The core issue is that my feet aren't positioned correctly, which means when I move my knee it goes at an angle -- which long-term causes problems.

Ah, similar. I have flat feets which causes them to sink inwards which in turn probably caused the ache in my ankle. Might also be that I’m just getting old :P Anyway, glad to hear that you feel better!
