How did it start? My ankle hurts sporadically. Got some exercises from a physiotherapist and I can feel my foot getting stronger but it still hurts from time to time. Have only been doing it for 1,5 month though so I guess I should give it time :)

off/on for a few years; but did a bad move at the gym last April (jumping rope) and was out for the next several months. The core issue is that my feet aren't positioned correctly, which means when I move my knee it goes at an angle -- which long-term causes problems.
