We have a conversion from Result to Response implemented through IntoResponse. But this is a bit hard to enable right now.

Ah, got it. From my past experiments, what I found was switching to `Result<Response>` natively significantly increased internal complexity, but allows delegating and chaining errors cleanly to the upper middleware stack (or handle on their own if they want to as well).
The main difficulty was on keeping the API to write middlewares super simple, but definitely seemed doable.
