Personally I'm a bit worried of the overhead of doing an await for each little part of e.g. a parser, but maybe that's actually small? And I hope people will not await directly on sockets but buffered reader/writer adapters -
Heh yeah most IO should def be happening on buffered interfaces anyway, but in general it's probably fine to expose it on the lower level Read / Write traits. Unrelated to this: but I wish we had a BufWrite trait to generalize BufWriter (similar as BufRead -> BufReader).
