Hey async @rustlang folks: futures::future::FusedFuture has come up in some sample code, and based on its documentation, I'm not sure why I *wouldn't* want all futures to behave like a fused one. Does it come with a runtime cost? What am I missing?

However in some special cases such as the futures-rs select! {} macro, it is expected a fused future is provided. But other than that I don't think it's used much.
