Did you have a chance to benchmark it vs Iron ?
Nope, probably not going to do that either. My guess is we're probably faster, but that's hardly the point. Iron is an excellent synchronous framework, and I think there are a lot of benefits to not having to write async Rust. Competing on benches doesn't seem right.
