Such a mindset makes it really easy for me to justify spending extra hours on projects. A sneaky afternoon on a Saturday. Maybe some time after dinner. Reviewing PRs on my phone while walking cats. But like, this means I'm always on.

I think there are several ways forward here for me: - Care less about my work - Care more about other things I think with better planning I can lower the work pressure I feel and give myself room. Figuring out what's happening around me may pull me away from work. Worth a try

Things that have worked for me: -learn new things, related and unrelated to work. Always keep learning new things. -write down everything. Todos, worries, lists, wishes. Then you can compare how you feel now VS a week ago, a month ago, a year ago.
