I got a Garmin Vivoactive watch, their app has some programs that scale based on how well you do each run. I think the UK NHS has a standard couch to 5K program that is well reviewed if you're looking for something straightforward!
Couch to 5k is generally a gradual interval based ramp up to an all running 5k, starting with shorter run intervals with longer walking intervals, then slowly reducing the walking intervals over like 12-15 weeks
