Also been using a lot of Napa cabbage recently; it's so easy! Pair it with tofu, soy sauce, and rice and that's like 90% of meal done right there.

Prepping it takes some effort, and by itself it feels kind of dry? Maybe I just need to find a good pairing haha. Any particular way you like it?

i really love pan frying/steaming it til its get charred on the edges a bunch. eat it alone with soy sauce a lot sooo good

sesame oil is key to this, forgot to mention- barely needs the soy sauce if im being honest!!
