i really love pan frying/steaming it til its get charred on the edges a bunch. eat it alone with soy sauce a lot sooo good

sesame oil is key to this, forgot to mention- barely needs the soy sauce if im being honest!!

Tahini – For meal prepping, especially if I don't feel inspired to try out something more fancy I quickly steam broccoli and cook some rice. The broccoli gets a good dollop of tahini, the rice some soy sauce. Top the entire thing off with some Sriracha and some nuts / seeds.

aaaalso raw with hummus ;) same goes for cauliflower :)
