Also turns out porting all of `std` to be async is, uhh, work. Who would've thought. The end result is probably *so* going to be worth it though! Could even imagine running a codemod / rustfix to mechanically convert sync -> async code eventually!

We still need to implement the `all` method. But .all().await would then work. Also we don't have the Iterator -> Stream conversion yet. Should be straight forward tho I think (but not sure if we should)
