The reason why I'm asking is because Tide builds are excruciatingly slow right now, and I'd love us to experiment with something faster.
If malloc is the system allocator, libcurl a system HTTP client, OpenSSL an SSL layer, then what's considered a "system HTTP server"? I know of nghttp2 for H/2, but is there something comparable for H/1?
