i think that was a very reasonable post, the poster didnt intend to offend anyone, comments were a tad bit unreasonable but they're very controversial given the upvote/downvote ratio those are totally legitimate technical concerns

Perhaps "a tad bit unreasonable" in your eyes, but evidently hurtful for the person that's on the receiving end of those comments. Esp since this isn't the first time. Legitimacy of concerns are irrelevant if the process in which they're delivered drives people away.
