Okay done! Added chinese cabbage*, brown champignons (minced), onion, garlic, soy, chili, salt, pepper, sesame seeds. It doesnt look great, but it has such a strong umami!! *It's what it's called in the stores in Germany. No idea what a more universal name is.pic.twitter.com/WWkMwa5cUq

Interesting. I just had vegan fish & chips on a festival and it's crazy how they managed to get the taste close to the real fish. They said it was grinded tofu with some other stuff and a sheet of algae to bring the sea taste to the mix...
