Who wants to make a better license that handles things like morality and ethics?

Morality & ethics are subjective. And legal systems don't work well with this. E.g. haven't heard good things about the "do no harm" license. GPL is cool. Banning particular companies is cool. License zero is also cool (making companies pay money doesn't blend well with "OSS")

Have never banned any companies from using my work, so don't know the language to use for that. But quite sure it should be possible to explicitly omit certain companies from being able to use your work. iirc lernajs briefly applied this, and it seemed quite effective.

Well they did and then those who used it at Microsoft and we're on the core team reversed it, because the change banned companies that helped ICE and well guess who did?

Yes! The person that made this change was kicked off their own project by other collabs, a "core team" was established, and the changes reverted. It seems it was definitely perceived as a threat to some businesses, and I think that's interesting.
