I've been messing around with HTTP servers today, and like, so far not satisfied with the quality of tooling around REST APIs.

Honestly, swagger always left a lot to be desired to me. Definitely find GraphQL much better all round on the DX side, but do kinda want something to exist for REST, as not everything can be GraphQL

I tend to use things like chrome dev tools, curl -v, and wireshark.

That is so, so strangely true. We tried to focus on writing some great dev tools for hapi pal. https://github.com/hapipal/hpal-debug … The tools take advantage of access to the server itself, so sadly they're not generically useful to HTTP/REST. Aside from OpenAPI, what might help out?
