Congratulations! This looks really amazing. I think the thing that looks most appealing to me is the #[runtime::test]. That will reduce boiler plate when testing async code. Very exciting, thank you for publishing this!

I wonder if `Runtime` should define methods to perform very specific operations such as connect/bind tcp/udp? It certainly makes it not viable for no_std targets
