I think my no.1 fave attribute in co-workers is for them to be chill when wrong. Being like: "oh yeah, I'm convinced" and then move on. I'm trying hard to be like that too. (Emphasis on *try*). Like, being cool with being wrong makes working together so much nicer.

"Being wrong" is perhaps a bit harsh tho. Sometimes it can be that your idea is good, but another idea is better. Or a belief you held was actually not entirely true. It's like a nice middleground where you know y'all care about a thing, but then also don't get intense about it.
