So, that is why I have an ongoing idea of using WASM as an intermediate representation, that will allow the language to interoperate with other native languages, while still being cross-platform.

That should theoretically eliminate that confusion insider the system. But I think that if you try to define the rule: 1. Binaries should be packaged so that they can be easily run 2. Libraries should be easily used in the host environment via some medium (ffi)
