Important optimization step in this iteration: used a steaming pen to hold the chicken strips. Overcooked the chicken on last iteration (20mins), but got it right this time (10mins). Think 8mins will be even better
Next step is improving my fumbling with the onions & walnuts.

The absolute best I can do here would be 25 mins. Constrained by the requirement of letting the rice steam for 20 mins, and waiting for water to boil for 5 before that. But 25 is good! The goal is to make it a comfortable 25 so I can start working more features in, like garnish.
