Want: jq(1) but for Markdown.
CRUD headings & body text. For example: edit http://README.md in place, and insert some example text as body: $ md-edit -i '## Usage | .body { example body }' http://README.md (Syntax is a mashup of jq(1) and sed(1); could probably get imaginative here hehe.)
