Going to start on chapter 1 after this. Chapters 1-4 are about methodology. Chapters 5-12 are about specific topics. It sounds rather academic, but I got a hunch it'll be quite practical. 700 pages total. Will keep you posted.

Cool! What is your process for finding stuff like this? Do you follow the authors? Recommendations from other reading? I'd like to branch out a bit, and systems programming and assembly stuff seems reasonably relevant with all the hype about web assembly.

Haha, it's all hit & miss. Usually a combination of friends and Twitter help me find the good ones. But there's never any guarantee it's actually any good.
