Mistakes I made during the process: - forgot to cool the dough after kneading. - forgot to readjust the thickness after the first pass, so noodles are HEAVY. - didn't have a roller / desk scraper on hand which would've saved time. But still happy with this first pass!

Yes! Kneading the dough takes about 10 mins, passing it through the pasta machine is another 5 mins. It's recommended to let the dough sit in in the fridge for 30 before making pasta. But I'm sure there's ways to speed that up and/or get a sauce started & clean up!
